Sendai Washington Hotel

My single room and bed were nice. Incredible location and respectful staff were a definite plus.

Had such great stay during my first visit to Japan. The location was marvellous and absolutely incredible, walk from all interests. It was also really close to Sendai JR train station, train station and so many stores, restaurants and attractions in the Sendai Station area...

Would recomand this place and can't wait to go back. Our breakfast was delicious and excellent and with both Japanese and Western food, the staff was professional. The hotel was in an incredible location, to the Tokyo area.

Units with big very comfortable bed. The service was excellent in my opinion.

Spacious room with a fantastic bathroom setup. The location is really convenient, just a quick walk from the station. A USB charger near the bedside would be helpful.

The location is great, just a short walk from jr sendai station, made getting around super easy. The spacious room felt comfortable, and i appreciated having separated toilet and bath areas. The luggage delivery service. It's little things like that .

I stayed there for one night and was really impressed with the modern decor and the spacious bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to help when I was in pain after checking out. They promptly checked me into another room, which made a huge difference. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the station. It would have been more convenient to have a USB charger near the bedside.

I stayed in a Standard Single Room, and the bathroom was a real highlight! Super spacious with a deep soaking tub and separate shower area. The room was clean and modern but a bit too small for my luggage. No closet means you gotta get creative with your stuff. Still, the hot water kettle was a nice perk.

Only paper cups were provided instead of ceramic ones for drinks.

The rooms felt a bit cramped, particularly for a triple. There were no hooks in the bathroom for towels, made organization tricky. I noticed a significant inconsistency with the air conditioning, often feeling too warm at night. Plus, the lack of USB chargers near the bed was inconvenient, especially for tech-savvy travelers. The hotel's cleanliness left something to be desired, as our room was dusty upon arrival, and even after requesting cleaning, it didn't improve. This may not affect everyone, but it sure dampened our experience.

The location was stellar, just a quick 5-minute walk from the train station. The bathroom was large and spacious.

We stayed here with our daughter and appreciated the superb location near Sendai station. The room was cozy and had a separate toilet and shower.

My wife says that a small play area for kids would be great.

central hub for walking to landmarks and parks

I loved how close the hotel was toSendai Ginza Street, just around 500 meters away, and I could easily take a stroll to Kotodai Park, made my weekend walks so enjoyable.
